Team-based sports stations with clear rules and time limits. At each point there was a single task and a shared team result. Participants assigned roles, agreed on steps, kept the pace and helped one another.

Adriatic College students in Years 1–9. Groups were formed with regard to age and group size.

Start — briefing on the route and rules. Then teams progressed through the stations in sequence: align actions, attempt, record the result. As they moved on, teams settled into a common rhythm; even those who hesitated at the beginning joined in and pulled together.
