Teen Team Challenge: sports games for Years 1–9
September 25, 2025
Teen Team Challenge sports games were held at the school for Years 1–9. Teams moved between stations, solved tasks, supported each other and, in practice, proved that any “game” can be completed together. According to class teachers, the format was age-appropriate and engaging.

Format and aim
Team-based sports stations with clear rules and time limits. At each point there was a single task and a shared team result. Participants assigned roles, agreed on steps, kept the pace and helped one another.
- stations with sports tasks;
- a team decision rather than an individual one;
- support and participation of every member.
Participants
Adriatic College students in Years 1–9. Groups were formed with regard to age and group size.
Game flow
Start — briefing on the route and rules. Then teams progressed through the stations in sequence: align actions, attempt, record the result. As they moved on, teams settled into a common rhythm; even those who hesitated at the beginning joined in and pulled together.

“The ‘Owls’ also left content and happy. Thanks to everyone who devised, prepared, decorated, organised and delivered… It was fun and engaging! The gift is great. The certificate — pure joy!” — Veronika Vadimovna Zherikhova (2B)
Tokens
Certificates for participants and a “100 games in one box” set.
Acknowledgements
