Primary School Maths Teacher for Children Aged 7 – 11
A Primary School Maths Teacher for children aged 7 – 11 who are beginning or continuing their study of mathematics following an international programme aligned with the British National Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting mathematics lessons in English in accordance with the programme requirements
- Methodological work (planning, developing, and adapting lesson materials, evaluating student performance and effectiveness, etc.)
- Collaborative planning and reflection with colleagues working within the programme, participating in whole-school initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- A higher education degree (Maths Teacher, Primary School Teacher (with a focus on mathematics), or Mathematician)
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher
- Experience working with primary school children and teaching mathematics to primary school children
- Preferably: experience in teaching mathematics within international programmes
Working Conditions
- Approximately 20 hours per week, the hourly academic rate to be discussed during the interview
- Classes with no more than 15 students
- Official employment
- Consultative assistance with document recognition and residence permit
