English Teacher for the Pearson Edexcel Program
We are looking for an English teacher to deliver the international Pearson Edexcel program. The role involves teaching students in Grades 7, 8, and 10 (ages 12 to 16) at a school in Budva, Montenegro.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching English in accordance with the program requirements
- Developing teaching materials and lesson plans
- Participating in school meetings and faculty councils
- Grading students' work and performing other teaching-related tasks
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, English Language, Linguistics, or related fields)
- ESL teaching certification or experience in teaching ESL
- Understanding of Pearson Edexcel assessment requirements
- Proficiency in English at a native or near-native level
Work Conditions
- Teaching load: 15-19 hours per week
- Class size: no more than 14 students with English levels ranging from B1 to B2
- Official employment
- Transportation to and from school
- Partial housing rent compensation is possible
- Advisory support for diploma recognition and residence permit application
- Location: Budva, Montenegro
- Hourly rate: €17–20 (negotiable)
