Engineering and Mathematics Olympiad to Bring Together Students from Across Montenegro

On 25 April, Adriatic College will host its first Engineering and Mathematics Olympiad for children aged 7–12. Over 70 students from schools across Montenegro are expected to take part.
This year, Adriatic College is launching a new educational track — Engineering. To mark this development, the school will host an Engineering and Mathematics Olympiad on 25 April, with more than 70 children already registered from various schools in Montenegro, including Knightsbridge, Arcadia and Сompas.
The Olympiad is organised for two age groups:
- 7–9 years (junior group);
- 10–12 years (senior group);
The competition is team-based: children will solve engineering tasks, build models and showcase their creativity. The main stages of the Olympiad will take place in different school buildings, where over 20 project teams will work simultaneously. Registration and the award ceremony will be held on the school’s outdoor grounds.
For many participants, this will be their first experience with engineering activities. The Olympiad is designed for beginners and aims to spark interest in technical creativity. It focuses on enthusiasm and teamwork rather than scores.
Participation is free of charge.
