The Complaints and Appeals Policy at Adriatic College provides clear channels and predictable steps for any concern—from a request for clarification to an appeal of assessment outcomes. A concern may be raised informally or formally (via the school’s official email); applicants are guaranteed a transparent process, confidentiality where needed, and no adverse consequences for raising a concern.

Submissions are accepted from students, parents/legal guardians, and staff. Where a matter relates to external decisions (IB, Pearson, or national authorities), the school supports the external procedure through the relevant programme coordinator and explains in advance any potential risks, timelines, and costs.
